the Venusian Gardens

Venusian Gardens (VG) is a contemporary luminous art gallery and sculpture studio set in an historic church located in New Orleans, just a few blocks from the French Quarter. VG Art Gallery specializes in contemporary sculpture incorporating neon light but modern lighting and furniture pieces are also exhibited, VG is also the home of glassLight studio, a working sculpture studio that produces most of what is exhibited in the art gallery. The gallery space offers an extraordinary backdrop for the artwork on display with a soaring 40-foot peaked cypress ceiling and original red pine floors.

Venusian Gardens is also available as a stunning rental venue. By blending contemporary art within the setting of an historic 150 year-old church, VG provides a unique and stimulating ambiance for weddings, exotic and memorable parties, celebration of special events as well as music and art performances, Demonstrations of neon bending and processing along with tours of glassLight studio may be available to accompany events.
